All about cookers
Cookers are an essential part of food industry. Where ever there is food to be cooked and served you need some or the other type of cookers in order to do that. The market today is filled with almost exotic variety of cookers that are available in all sorts of colors, designs, styles and features. Rice cookers, slow cookers, induction cookers, electric cookers, gas cookers, dual fuel cookers, AGA cookers and range cookers are the main types that are used for cooking. They all have their own special features, advantages and disadvantages.
On a very basic level the main difference lies in the energy type that is used in so far as the induction, electric, gas and dual fuel cookers are concerned. The difference in gas cooker and the other varieties with just the exception of dual fuel cookers (theses use both gas and electricity for energy) is the use of non flame heating arrangement which makes them a little more safe. The electric cooker also distributes the heat more evenly as compared to the gas. But the gas option is better for those who have large families as these cookers have a better speed of cooking. The dual fuel cookers have both these options and thus provide the best of both energy sources.
